The “Saturday Night Live” alum calls his big gig “a dream job,” saying he loves being able to give musicians and up-and-coming comedians their big break. To celebrate his big anniversary show, Jimmy reveals to ET that David Letterman has plans to send the show’s crew breakfast on Tuesday!

Watch the video to see Jimmy stage a phone call to congratulate friend Jay Leno on his Monday-night return to “The Tonight Show,” and watch him discuss what the future may bring for Conan O’Brien. “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” airs weeknights at 12:35 a.m. on NBC.
